Uniform Provider
Thu 12 Feb 2026Dear Parents and Carers,
I am delighted to share some exciting news regarding our school uniform provision.
From this term, we will be working with a new supplier, Casey’s Schoolwear Ltd, and we are very pleased to be partnering with a local, established shop to provide our school uniform. We believe that using a dedicated retail store rather than an online-only provider offers many significant benefits to our families.
Having a physical shop means that parents and students can visit in person, try on items for size, and receive immediate assistance. The staff at Casey’s Schoolwear are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to providing a high level of customer service. We are confident that this personal support will make purchasing uniform simpler and more convenient for everyone.
We are also pleased to share that representatives from Casey’s Schoolwear will be attending our upcoming Parents’ Evening appointments in March. This will provide an excellent opportunity for you to meet the team, ask questions, and view uniform items if needed.
The details for our new uniform supplier are as follows:
Casey’s Schoolwear Ltd
246 Blackfen Road
Sidcup
Kent
DA15 8PW
Website: www.caseysschoolwear.co.uk
Telephone: 020 8850 8645We look forward to working closely with Casey’s Schoolwear and are confident this partnership will be of great benefit to our school community.
Thank you for your continued support.
Yours sincerely,
Miss Bolton

Adverse Weather
Mon 05 Jan 2026Dear Parents and Carers,
In the event of severe weather, such as snow or ice, we would like to outline the arrangements for any potential school closure.
A decision about whether the school can safely open will be made by 7:00am on the day. This decision will take into account site safety, including access routes and the condition of paths and outdoor areas affected by snow or ice. Please be assured that we will make every effort to remain open whenever it is safe to do so.
If a closure is necessary, or if we need to make any changes to our usual arrangements, we will inform you as early as possible via email and a post on the school’s Facebook page. If you do not receive any communication, please assume the school is open as normal.
In some circumstances, the school may be able to open with alternative access arrangements in place. This could include restricting use of certain areas of the site or reducing footfall where conditions are unsafe. Should this be required, full details will be shared with you in our communications.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during periods of bad weather. The safety of our pupils, families and staff is always our priority.
Kind regards,
Miss Bolton

Learn To Swim Programme for children with SEN
Mon 09 Sep 2024Dear parents/carers,
Please see the information below regarding swimming lessons for children with SEN in Bexley. For further information, please contact the leisure centre staff directly.
Kind regards
The School Office
Good Morning,
I hope you had a lovely summer break.
I wanted to reach out to make you aware of some funding the three Leisure Centres in the Bexley Contract have recently acquired for our Learn To Programme for children with SEN.
Adaptive Swimming Lessons are for children who require additional support in their swimming journey. They are taught with their parent/guardian/carer supporting them in the water in a small group of up to six swimmers. Each child can work at their own pace within a safe and structured environment and have fun whilst developing the core aquatic skills.
We are aware that more often than not extracurricular activities can be more expensive due to extra provision needed for these children but we are passionate that Learning To Swim is a fundamental life skill that should be available to all. The cost is the same as mainstream lessons and we are able to fund up to six children per site for 12 weeks and will contribute 50% of the cost.
We would be very grateful if you would be able to pass this information down to the parent/s of any children in your school who you feel may benefit from this opportunity. The lessons are available for children aged 4-10 years.
For those who are interested and would like further information, please can they contact the below:

Thank you
Kind Regards

School Lunch Changes for KS2
Fri 19 Jan 2024Dear Parents / Carers,
As of Monday 22nd January, our catering company will be offering the children in KS2 a sandwich option alongside the hot meal menu each day. If this proves successful we will roll out to KS1 and Early Years.
Each day the children will also have the option of a cheese, tuna mayo or chicken mayo baguette. These baguettes will be pre-ordered by the children each morning when we take the register. If children order a baguette, they will still have full access to all of the dessert options advertised on the menu.
The attached hot menu options will still be available each day.
Many Thanks,
Miss Bolton
