Safeguarding and Child Protection

If a child is in immediate danger you should always call 999.

Registered Sex Offenders

 

Any person who attends Lessness Heath Primary School premises who is required to register with police under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 must notify Claire Hearn, DSL.  They will also be required to participate in a risk assessment and a subsequent written agreement.

 

Risk Assessment : This is a confidential document which will be shared with MAPPA and the Safeguarding Team only.  This assessment is completed with two members of the safeguarding team.  Risk Assessments are reviewed annually, unless further information is disclosed, to establish any change of details such as address,  further offences and/or removal from the sex offenders’ register.

 

Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA)
Written Agreement – This will be drawn up following the completed risk assessment.
