Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM)

Lessness Heath Primary School is extremely proud to be an Inclusion Quality Mark Centre of Excellence.

Lessness Heath was awarded the IQM Centre of Excellence award in July 2020. In July 2021 we maintained our Centre of Excellence status following a one-day review.

The assessor was exceptionally positive about our inclusive practice and commented, ‘It was a privilege to meet with staff and children so fully engaged with inclusion and with such positivity. Inclusion is articulated and evident as pivotal to school ethos’.

At Lessness Heath we truly believe that every child can succeed – regardless of background and no matter what challenges they may face. Our staff work tirelessly to ensure that all children are given the opportunity they deserve.

We are delighted that the hard work of everyone: children, parents, staff and governors, has been recognised in this way.
